The episode of Ellen where the diva-licious Toni performed, aired on Channel 5 this evening. Dang, Toni’s still got it!
She wants us to un-break her heart and now, make it go da da dum dum dum.
LOL.
It’s something most music artistes have to go through: reinvention.
Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Toni Braxton… their image has to evolve with the current decade and it’s a typical choice between sticking to their roots (the good ol’ music) and going commercial (they need their paychecks).
I’ll make it a point to head down to HMV and purchase Toni’s new album, Pulse. Well actually, it’s not THAT new. I just discovered she has an album out, THAT’S new.
